Bought a Home (Capitol Hill, DC)

Claude was all we could hope for in a realtor. He was flexible, hard working, and very tenacious with the sellers. We were first time home buyers and we appreciated that he let us make our own decisions but knew when to make suggestions when we weren’t sure what to do.

He always made  time for us to see the properties we wanted and we never felt weren’t as important as any of his other clients. This included marathon days where we scheduled six to eight houses in one day. Honestly, we don’t think this guy ever stops working.

In addition, he went beyond what one would normally expect from a realtor, helping us with issues even after closing with the house for which we will be forever grateful.

He was knowledgeable about the neighborhoods we wanted to see and very insightful about issues and trends regarding each. And if he didn’t know, he would find out.

In short, working with Claude didn’t feel like working with just another realtor. It, in fact, felt like we were working with a partner. We would highly recommend him to anyone
