Bought and Sold a Condo (Arlington, VA)

Claude was excellent at helping us navigate the path towards our first home. He was very patient with us even though it took us quite a bit of time to narrow down our priorities and expectations. He also doesn’t sugarcoat anything and will tell you like it is, which we really appreciated. Some  other agents that we met with along the path were so bubbly and were always trying to sell us on a place, whereas Claude took the time to get to know us and let us know if he honestly thinks a property will be good for us and why or why not. He has a keen eye for things to look out for and educated us on so much, from good buying tactics to potential renovations. He also is very quick to to respond to any form of communication, whether that be text, email or phone. I would recommend him to anyone and will utilize his services again when the time comes to move to another home.
