Sold a Home (Columbia Heights, DC)

Claude helped me to sell my condo in NW Washington DC back in 2011. While that may sound easy in today’s market, there were Fannie Mae regulations and Condo bylaws which affected my situation VERY uniquely making the sales process very difficult. While I’m sure that many other agents would have  quit on me, Claude stuck with me through the difficulties.
